Lawyers from both sides have been contacted and have both discussed publicly the fact that they are unsure if a lawsuit will even happen. The right to the name is caught up in much technical and legal confusion and the original owner may not wish to press charges, especially considering that no verdict could be sorted out before the iPad goes live to stores.
