When it comes to laptops you have many possible choices to buy. The biggest quest you may ask yourself is which company makes the best laptop. Most commonly Dell and HP are compared. So which one is better? We will take a look at both.

Well first lets start by saying that both companies offer laptops with specific features and styles to meet your needs. You can find mini, slim, ultra-portable, everyday use and high performance laptops within both companies. Dell offers four major families which include the Inspiron Mini, Inspiron, Studio and Alienware/ XPS. The Inspiron Mini laptops are great for those who are just looking to use the Internet or e-mail. Its great for kids as it is only about 8.9" - 12.1" and starts at 2.86 lbs. This is the smallest and least expensive option with Dell. The next family, Insprion, is the everyday use computer. It measures at 15.6" and priced a bit higher than the Mini's but still a low to moderately priced family of laptops. The studio line offers a balance of style and functionality. Those styles tend to be more moderately to higher priced. The last family is Alienware/ XPS which is highly known for its super fast performance and is built specifically for the ultimate gaming experience.

HP has four similar families which include their Mini, Everyday, Ultra-Portable and Performance and Entertainment laptops. The Dell Mini may seem higher priced at first glance, however, the computer itself starts with a faster processor speed, more memory and larger hard drive. The Dell Inspiron compared to HP's laptops in the Everyday Computing family starts at a lower price and Dell's high end of that group is less than HP's.

Dell's Studio family starts with more memory and larger hard drives and is great for the music lover as it comes with 4 watt 2.0 SRS audio and discrete tweeters. Whereas Hp does not. The last group, which for both companies is known for their high performance. Dell's Alienware is widely known as being the overall best gamers laptop for its awesome graphics, high speed and is available in stylish and unique colors. HP's performance models memory and video card doesn't even come close.

You can look for yourselves, but overall it seems that Dell has the upper hand in laptops.

A higher screen resolution may cause everything to be too small to be comfortable to read and may not be a good solution for you. A laptop screen is smaller (typically range from 12" to 17") than a desktop monitor (typically 19" or bigger). That is a big difference.

The appeals of Wireless network installation are numerous. The first, of course, is a limit to the number of wires running through a home or office. A wireless network also allows for a very simple installation, since your knowledge of wiring and electrical work can be minimal, but still be adequate for installing a wireless network.

Additionally, the wireless configuration allows you to have a great deal of flexibility in how you locate equipment around the home or office.

In order to set up a wireless network that is internet ready, you will need only two primary components.

The first is wireless LAN (or Local Area Network) cards. It's important that each PC on the network have its own wireless card.

They need to be inserted into an unused PCI slot located inside of a PC. The antenna portion of the card should be at the back of the PC with the antenna extending up.

Installing the LAN card is not a complicated operation, and can be accomplished by a novice in computer installation. Simply open the computer case carefully and find the slot where the LAN card fits. There is likely only one available, but any computer that does not have a built in wireless system will have a LAN slot.

Ground yourself by touching something metal or plastic to dispel static, then screw the card into the slot with the screws provided. Make the electrical connections, replace the PC covers, then start up the computer. You'll need to intall drivers specifically for that LAN card. Repeat for each computer that will be on the network.

The second component of a basic wireless network is the wireless router. These routers allow you to share a single internet connection between numerous computers. Depending on the router's specifications, they can accommodate between four and sixteen computers on a single wireless router.

If you have internet from your cable provider, they may have supplied a cable modem, but those are rarely wireless. You'll need to plug a wireless router into the modem, then route your PCs through it. If you have a DSL or ADSL connection, purchase a DSL modem.

You'll then configure your network. Log onto your router/modem through your PC. Read the owner's manual for the router for specific directions. You'll want to direct it to automatically assign IP addresses to any PC attached to it. It's recommended that you stick to basic network configurations and use the 192.168.01 as the first IP address and the 0.9 as the ending address, which gives you the potential for eight additional devices to be installed, if you like.

You want your router to be the primary gateway and also the primary DNS, so both of these boxes should be set to the router IP (182.168.0.1). Other boxes should be blank or contain default indicators.

The next step is to go to the Network Connections screen in a PC start menu, right click on wireless network and go through properties to indicate that you want the router to obtain an IP address automatically.

The number Online stores and malls continue to grow and more options are being presented. Millions of websites show up on a search engine when you google the term Nintendo Wii and among them are a variety of ways to purchase one.

So how do you find the store with the lowest price?

What is the one thing that persuades you the most when shopping online? Is it the cost, service, shipping, or the overall buying experience?

There are a few standards that set the actual cost of a gaming system. Whether or not the store bought there product in bulk for example. Most large stores can offer a lower cost because they have bought in bulk at a cheaper price, this allows them to lower the cost on the consumer side. Another factor in cost is how much profit does the store want to make. A site that has high prices may be a little gready which is why it is important to be knowledgeable about what you are looking for. All of these factor in the cost of the gaming system you are looking for. Although shipping is not directly related, it is a factor and will add to the total cost. Even if they offer free shipping generally the cost of the console will be slightly higher.

Do they have a garauntee or return policy? Service is another important part of the buying process. Are they able to offer customer support if you have a problem? In my opinion this is almost as important as the cost.

All of this points to one question. Where can you find the Nintendo Wii at a discount price and have a satisfied buying experience? I have spent a few days surfing the web to find the answer. There are several good sites out there that offer competitive prices that are all discounted and some even at wholesale. I have found in order to find these sites its takes patience and research. That is the bottom line!

The best advice I can give is to shop around and try different keywords. If you are looking for Nintendi Wii, dont just enter in Wii. Try a more specific search to help narrow the amount of sites. This will give you a more tailored approach to help you find what you are looking for.

These sites are out there you just have to find them. Once you find the site do your research and find another to compare it to. Once you have another site to compare then you can begin to factor the other parts of the buying process such as service and shipping.

On a closing note, if you are looking for disount or wholesale gaming systems such as X Box or Nintendo Wii, look for the sites that use dropshipping. In my past experience I have found that close to 98 percent of the time these are the sites with the lowest prices. This allows wholesale and discount prices because these sites have an unlimited supply with relatively low overhead allowing them to pass the savings on to the consumer.

Laptops are made by all the top computer manufactures these days. But the question continues to remain. Which is better, a Dell Laptop or an Apple MacBook? To answer this question, it's important to look at the features of both products in comparison to one another, and then compare these qualities to the needs that the laptop or macbook might need to accomplish.

Dell laptops are available in four sleek styles. The basic concerns of laptop makers and laptop users are on the essential occupation and feat of the portable computer. But with Studio XPS 13, performance is united with a stylish look. At first, you will notice its fashionable look but theres more to it than its covering " the nVidia Hybrid SLI graphics. Hybrid power enabled switching the graphics card to a low power consuming state and the SLI enables scaling the graphics power to the integrated NVIDIA motherboard GPU. And remarkably, you can barely experience hanging using this business notebook. As we all know, it offers up to 8GB of RAM which isaA pretty good proposal if utilized.

This notebook comes in two design options with its 13-inch screen " the CCFL screen (compatible with 2MP camera) and the WLED screen (compatible with 1.3MP camera) which is a brighter one. Despite its differences, both has a resolution of about 1280x800, good enough to be integrated with facial recognition software which can be configured as a security feature.

More with the Studio XPS 13 is the backlit keyboard, hinge-lights which indicate the battery charge and computer power status, the integrated webcam, and the Vista PCRestore. The keyboard is modernized to fit the small size and caused the relocation of some keys.

Its brilliant genuine leather accents and glossy surface is indeed an attractive combination. The leather part provides the grip while the glossy element provides the elegance. But these stylish cover is negated by the aluminium hinges which looks like a misplaced plastic attachment. It certainly is a distraction.

Also, Studio XPS 13 doesnt have enough ports and connections. It only contains 2 USB ports " one is a regular USB port while the other is an e-SATA USB port where you can also plug in a regular USB device. These two ports are found on the left side of the notebook alongside the security cable slot, VGA, Ethernet, display-port connector and an HDMI port. On the opposite side, we have the ExpressCard slot, FireWire port, DVD drive, and the power connector port. The back part has no ports and connections showing only a single vent for hot air.

Now this vent has its downside with respect to its screen. The left part of the screen will result to discoloration since it blocks the vent for hot air. Now, this would further result to screen display distortion, or worse, malfunction of the screen.

In general, this mechanism has immense capabilities in terms of its core functions. But its disadvantages, the faulty cover function design and the minimum connections, are a bit incompetent. If we are to consider the minor imperfections, these mistakes made the Studio XPS 13 less feasible with the price of $1,524.00.
